7. Scheduling and Cancellations
Once a service request has been scheduled, you will be notified of the date and time. We understand that sometimes changes are necessary; therefore, we ask that cancellations or rescheduling requests be made at least 24 hours in advance.

8. Warranty and Limitations of Liability
Our services are backed by a warranty for 30 days. We make no other warranties, express or implied, except as provided in the service agreement. Our liability is limited to the total cost of the service provided and excludes any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. SMS Notifications
Get Complete Maintenance and Repair will collect verbal opt-ins from customers. Customers will be able to opt in to receive SMS notifications (e.g., billing, appointment reminders, dispatch updates, job completion surveys) either in person at your location or during a phone call initiated by the customer. Upon first registration, customers will be asked for their phone number and informed about receiving text messages. They will also be notified of possible message and data rates, variable message frequency, and instructions to text HELP for support or STOP to unsubscribe. Customers will also be informed that their number will not be shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. 11. Intellectual Property
All content, including text, images, graphics, logos, and software, on the Site is the property of Get Complete Maintenance and Repair and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not use, copy, or distribute any of the Site’s content without express written consent.
