1. Scope & Business Hours
All work is quoted for Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Overtime, holiday, or after-hours labor is excluded unless otherwise stated in the provided estimate. Contact our office for after-hours pricing.

2. Additional Trade Work
Any framing, electrical, plumbing, or HVAC work not specified will be billed separately.

 

3. Product Match Disclaimer
Exact color/finish matches cannot be guaranteed due to aging, UV exposure, or material variations.

4. Unforeseen Conditions
Hidden obstacles (rock, concrete, structural beams, unknown utilities, etc.) may delay the project and require extra charges. We will obtain your approval before proceeding.

5. Payment & Deposits
Payment is due upon completion of service. Estimates over $5,000 require a down payment.
